As Senior Development Manager, you will oversee the delivery of projects from concept to launch, agree timelines and commercial targets. You will identify and evaluate food trends to create the business vision and customer strategy. Manage and optimise the development process whilst coaching & developing the team to maximise the creative potential.

You will also be the main point of contact for major retailers, so building rapport and maintaining an excellent relationship is essential.

Whilst the successful candidate needs to have previous experience leading a team, this is the perfect role for someone looking to step up to Management at a larger site.
