Other essentials for the role include:
- Intermediate Food Hygiene
- HACCP ideally minimum Level 3
- Analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Keen attention to detail
- A thorough understanding of food manufacturing processes.
A degree or BTEC in a food related or science subject will certainly give your application the edge as will a Technical management diploma or similar.
