We are recruiting for a Process Technologist to work as part of an NPD team focused on creating and developing new market ready products for one of the largest family owned manufacturers of quality seafood.

About you:

We need a candidate who will build up knowledge of the company's current products and be forward thinking and proactive in order to stay ahead of consumer taste trends. The ideal applicant will be able to match recipes to factory processes, having a sound understanding of the production process in our client's state–of–the-art, fully accredited manufacturing facility.

The Role:

• Developing new market ready products in line with current market trends
• Keeping up to date with nutritional guidelines to implement on new and existing product
• Managing critical pathways
• Presenting new products to customers
• Packaging and customer samples
• Liaising with customers, NPD managers and relevant departments
• Travel when needed

The Candidate:

• A creative and Innovative thinker who understands consumer trends
• Can develop recipes using factory processes
• Can communicate and present products and ideas
• Self- motivated and committed to personal development
• Passionate about delivering results
• A team player
• Full driving licence is essential.
