You may be covering this already and wondering why would you want to move to do the same thing?

Well this is a new role to the business, meaning you will have the opportunity to mould it and really leave your mark on the business. Creating a good reputation for yourself and putting yourself in a great position for opportunities down the line, both internally and externally (not that you will want to leave them!) On top of this, they are part of a larger group. The possibilities are endless!

You will also be required to step in for the Technical Manager in their absence, giving you that important exposure and experience. With that in mind, it's safe to say they're not just focusing on the here and now, and you'll be expected to come in with a real hunger to learn and develop, ultimately becoming Technical Manager within the next couple of years.

You'll be stepping foot in to a well-established technical team that are all on the same page and working well together to get to where they need to be.

As far as the business goes, they produce ready to eat products, so experience in this product range would put you in an even better position as ideally they need someone that is used to working at a fast pace. But don't let that put you off applying if not.

In case that isn't enough, they are currently looking to supply new products in to EVEN more business! Plenty for you to get your teeth stuck in to.
