Key Responsibilities
Taking control of the NPD function reporting into the Head of Technical, this role will take responsibility for the full NPD cycle from concept to launch. Working on briefs for your own customer accounts, you will launch products into the factory and manage the whole NPD process. This will include overseeing recipe development, specification writing, artwork approval and product trials. You will participate in customer visits and work closely will all internal departments.
Personal Profile
- Previous experience in an NPD/Process role within FMCG
- A passionate foodie with a keen interest in market trends
- The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
- A good communicator and team player
