Section Manager

Our client, a large well established Food Manufacturer, is currently looking to add a Boxing Section Manager to the team at their South Yorkshire site.

Reporting directly to the High-Risk Department Manager, the successful applicant will be expected to develop, review and deliver departmental objectives through a process of leading, coaching, and challenging as well as actively support and deliver change-oriented activities and projects on your shift. 

Additionally, you will be constantly working to demonstrate tangible and sustained KPI improvement under the five manufacturing pillars;

Quality, Value, Innovation, People and Sustainability.

Applicants must hold or be working towards Level 4 Certificate in Food Safety, be fully conversant with all relevant site/area polices and procedures including customer codes of practice. Have a proven track record in cost control, health & safety (IOSH), management of quality systems, lean manufacturing principles and managing large teams.
