Location: South London
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience


We are working on behalf of a reputable and continually growing FMCG business based in South London. They are looking for a forward-thinking, driven individual to join their team at an exciting time of growth. As a HR Advisor, you will have responsibility for payroll, systems and co-ordinating the general HR function.

Working as part of the central HR team, you should have strong communication skills, good with systems including excel, and experience within the food manufacturing or FMCG industry is essential along with a driving licence as there will be frequent visits to regional offices.


Further duties will include:

• Ensuring audit probationary reviews, and Employee Performance Reviews (EPR) are current, advising managers of missing reviews.
• Enter all training needs from Personal Development Plans (PDP) and any other sources onto the HR system.
• Ensure that all central records are maintained for all employees and ensure they run in tandem with computer held records, abiding with the data protection regulations.
• Ensure all information remains confidential
• Ensure that all payroll information is dealt with in a timely and confidential manner

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in a HR Administrator role, and a genuine desire to advance your HR career
• Excellent communication skills
• A self-motivated, reliable and well-organised person to work well individually or in a team
• A good level of literacy, numeracy and IT skills
• Must have a driving licence
• Must have FMCG or food manufacturing experience
