My client a well-respected, successful food manufacture in the South West are seeking a Commercial / Sales Director to continue to drive the business forward through an exciting time of growth and investment.

Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for delivering a commercial plan to support the business strategy.

You will strive to maintain and develop existing customer relationships, whilst seek to bring on new business acquisitions within the foodservice market.

You may be a Commercial Manager eager for your next challenge or already be working in a similar role.

Within you career you will have worked closely with foodservice customers, and built excellent knowledge of the meat industry.


Experience and Skills Required

You must have experience of working with foodservice businesses such as NHS, Restaurant Chains, Cruise Ships, etc

Understanding of meat the UK meat industry

Passion for food products

Build strong customer relationships

Communicate and work with other members of the Senior Management Team including Operations Pay Structure


You will be required to travel and manage your own diary as needed.

Salary is very much down to your level of experience A bonus structure will be put into place, again is dependant on your experience, as this will be tailored to bring about challenging but achievable targets
