The position of Operations Manager is one of great importance as this company looks to take the success they have tasted so far, and expand on it. Literally - as the Operations Manager will be responsible for creating a strategy that will enhance current SOPs and improve efficiencies between the Back of House and Front of House for future openings.

The business is being heavily invested in and you will not want for anything. They have a desire to make the next few sites as successful. With this comes serious planning and commitment. The owner of the business tells us personally, how he looks to this role as the key in the making of the brand. You will have your signature all over it.

And lets be blunt... earning a superb tax free wage with a house and car in the package too... you will have all you need to deliver a great strategy for a restaurant that already has a good blueprint.

My client has immense respect for the London hospitality market, and so coming from this would be advantageous, as would knowledge of the Middle Eastern hospitality sector as well.

Your experience working with multiple suppliers, managing development and staff training, whilst always sharpening the service delivery and reducing waste is key.

You will know what it takes to ensure a venue can create a brand equity. From this knowledge base you can write the strategy for the expanding success and really add to your list of achievements.
