The Role

In this quintessential position you’ll play a key role in logistics, supply chain, stock/demand planning and operations on a day to day basis. Reporting to the UK Head of Sales & Operations. You’ll be capable of high attention to detail, be able to manage priorities and have excellent problem solving skills. You will have a vibrant energy and be an excellent communicator, possessing the ability to build close relationships with all stakeholders, including clients and logistics suppliers. When on boarding new clients ensuring the process is efficient and deadlines are met. Working towards quarterly and yearly target on logistics budget.With your effective team and project management skills you’ll be evaluating and updating the department’s processes and procedures. You will understand and update traceability if needed, implement any changes to pallets configurations, recipe development or new products.

The Person

The right candidate will ideally have a supply chain or logistics background in a retail or FMCG environment. By prioritising multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, you will lead with confidence and charisma. You will strive to implement and drive targets, and have the knowledge to fix and solve any hiccups that may arise. You can utilise your optimism and proactivity when communicating in order to build and nurture relationships. You will have the ability to lead effectively and generate excellent results from your teams.
