Based at a well-known, leading UK retailer’s head office in Bracknell, this new and exciting position has been created to manage the surveillance programme for food & non-food products. The successfully appointed applicant will enjoy a comprehensive remit, working across the wider Eurofins business to deliver excellent service as the primary point for contact for all product testing at this prestigious British retailer. To do this you will need to build strong working relationships with the relevant retailer teams to provide a pro-active, risk based approach to the testing programme & ad hoc testing to ultimately safeguard the authenticity and integrity of the business’s finished products.
Degree qualified within Food / Microbiology /Chemistry related discipline, you’re likely to have either worked for a food retailer or had direct experience of managing retailer accounts. With a solid background either within food safety management or a laboratory testing environment, you will be an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and an aptitude to interpret technical information and make informed decisions taking appropriate action when necessary.
