Quality Technologist

The Company

This growing brand have an international consumer base and are looking to expand their presence in the European market place. They are looking for an ambitious and dedicated Technologist who can join their Quality and Food Safety team.

The Role

This is a high profile, factory based role where you will take responsibility for maintaining and effectively implementing the highest quality and operational food safety systems.  You will ensure these are compliant with international and internal company standards as well as maintaining the HACCP system.

You will be need to keep up to date with market, consumer and technology trends in order to ensure the FSMS is in line with best practice. To ensure the highest quality and food safety standards are met you will be responsible for maintenance of all CCP’s on site, carry out GMP audits and incident management.

The Person

This role will suit a driven and ambitious Quality Technologist ideally degree educated within Food Safety or a related discipline.

Strong working knowledge of HACCP, FDA and GMP audits is essential as well as being really comfortable and confident in a manufacturing environment.

You will have an excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to create and maintain collaborative relationships and also be able to communicate efficiently with suppliers, stakeholders and internally with peers.

You will be able to show how you have delivered consistent results, how adept you are at solving problems and how your attention to detail and continuous improvement mind-set has netted results in your quality / food safety career.
