Our client is an FMCG success story with an enviable portfolio of brands which are sold widely across the UK and worldwide. They are category leaders in some of the sub-markets they operate in, they are successful, profitable and growing. As a result of continued growth, they are now looking for a Buyer to help set the buying strategy in conjunction with the senior commercial team.

You will have extensive contract and negotiation experience with a proven track record of driving supplier performance across price, quality and delivery. You will have excellent communication skills and be a great negotiator with long term view, however overall we are looking for a strong team player with a positive 'can do' attitude and an ability to lead multi-functional teams and communicate at all levels.

This is a great opportunity to work for an established business which has ambitious plans for the future, where you will be able to make a major contribution.

The salary is negotiable upon experience but is likely to be in the region of £35k-£40k.
