You need to be passionate about H&S. That has to be a given.
You’ve got personality, you bring enthusiasm and professionalism.
And you can hit the ground running because you’ve been there, done it, worn out the t-shirt.
Of course you need to be qualified - IOSH/NEBOSH.
And… food experience is ideal but not essential.
