Line Operative

We’re working with a family owned seafood business supplying some of the country’s finest high street retailers to search for Line Operatives for their Hounslow production facility.

Working on the production line, you’ll be a key part in a team that fosters excellence and continuous improvement so you’ll need an eye for detail and opportunity as it’s an environment that changes with the needs of the clients they supply.

With an immediate start, we aren’t looking for people that are happy to just work through a job spec.  We’re looking for someone that’s prepared to have the same passion for the business as the rest of the already tight team and isn’t afraid to take on, and own the day to day tasks.

Experience in a similar environment would be an advantage, and you’ll also need a current Basic Food Hygiene certificate.

As this is a Temp to Perm role, there’s a pay rate that’s above the average and the prospect of a full time, permanent role.
