HR Manager

Our client are a large and successful food business with a great reputation in the industry.  A fantastic vacancy has arisen for a HR Manager in North Lincolnshire.
 

The Role:

• Working closely with the Site Director and Management team to deliver expert People and HR leadership
• Strong focus on employee relations, communication, manager capability and people policies
• Managing 2 direct reports
• Leading recruitment for roles for office and manufacturing

The Candidate:

• Experienced HR professional from a food manufacturing background is essential
• Must be CIPD Level 7 qualified
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to improve current practises
• Strong MS Office skills

What’s on offer?

• £45k - 55k DOE
• Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm
