Your role

• Assist the Site Technical Manager to ensure technical requirements are met
• Drive standards and customer expectations
• Drive site and group technical KPIs
• Design, implement, maintain and continually improve HACCP based QMS
• Conduct Hygiene Audits, analyse results and develop action strategies
• Provide technical guidance, training and support towider site team
• Manage corrective actions and control non-conforming issues ensuring speedy problem solving and closure
• Lead site audits with customers and external bodies
• Manage a team of 4 Food Safety and Quality Managers

What you’ll need

• Experience at a QA Manager level in the Food Industry 
• Experience managing and delivering  KPI improvements
• Advance knowledge of Microsoft programmes
• Procedural and Report writing skills
• Proven record of excellent communication skills,leading teams and delegation of duties
• Experience in establishing relationships with various stakeholders, including customers and external bodies
• Advanced Diploma in Applied HACCP Principles would be advantageous
