Successful candidate will work within the Technical Department and report to the Technical Manager.
Duties will include (as a minimum);
- Completing customer specifications,
- Supplier audit questionnaires
- Complete Blends own specifications accurately and within customer deadlines.
Qualifications and experience required;
- High Grade GCSE results in scientific subjects
- HACCP awareness
- Good level of computer literacy
- Experience in using web based customer specification systems such as QADEX and Hamilton Grant
- Knowledge and experience in writing specifications for a food based manufacturing unit.
