Pastry Chef (3 months FTC)

This is a unique opportunity to learn, grow and experiment and above all work for a company you can be proud of. You will be reporting to Head of Innovation, working to extend existing product range with new innovative concepts in line with the latest market trends and insights.
You will be required to collaborate with new exciting flavours / ingredients to see how they can best be attuned to new products. As a key member of the production kitchen team you’ll also ensure your products are manufactured successfully without compromising on flavour and quality, guaranteeing a taste sensation for consumers every time.
This role would suit a creative and passionate Chef with culinary flair, who is curious to experiment with new ingredients and techniques, showing off your cheffing skills to the full. You will be able to think outside of the box, and be confident in presenting your ideas and passion for pastry to others.
You will be constantly on a lookout for the latest trends and be able to bring these ideas to life to keep ahead of competitors. Always ready to listen to feedback with a willingness to learn and improve, you will also possess a positivity that is palpable to others around you.
Ideally you will have some food manufacturing experience, however passion and personality will also go a long way so we would also consider chefs with experience gained from bakery or pastry restaurants who are looking for a career change.
