To assist in ensuring that all products are within specifications and that all CCP's are verified daily.
Duties & Responsibilities
To ensure that all Production paperwork is completed in "real time"
Preproduction start-up / GMP Checks
Daily CCP verification checks before, during on completion of production
Finished goods check. This would encompass label, weight, temperature & provenance checks against specification and recorded.
Collect Production samples for microbiological, chemical, Species and allergen testing.
Daily temperature manual checks
Daily/weekly probe calibration
Ensure that recipe and QA paperwork is ready for the following / next day's shift.
Able to work in a chilled environment for sustained periods.
Have basic Literacy, Word, Excel and numeracy skills.
Plus, ad-hoc duties as required
The successful candidate will have a proved track record in quality assurance within the chilled food manufacturing sector.
You will be accustomed to working to BRC v8 and RTA.
You must hold at least level 3 HACCP
You will be accustomed to communicating with operative and visitors alike.
