Multi-skilled Engineer

A "fresh" opportunity is available at our salad manufacturing company near Chichester.

The Job

Natures Way Foods are looking for Multi-skilled Engineers to come and join the team undertaking project installations, Improvement works and general R&M within our food manufacturing environments.

We use some FMCG cutting edge technology here, as well as some more longstanding bits of equipment, meaning you would be working with robotics and automation, alongside the standard kit - so you'll need to be flexible and eager to develop your existing skills to meet the needs of your site.

How?

To make sure you've got all the tools to do the job you'll get full training and any necessary equipment.

On the job training, 1-2-1 coaching and site-specific experiences come as part of the role and you'll be encouraged to develop yourself at every opportunity. You'll work closely with our Engineering Trainer, who's only role is to train, support, and coach to improve and develop our engineers on our curve of continuous improvement.



The Person

Our engineers are self-managed, self-motivated and don't shy away from solving problems. With a safety focus at the forefront of everything they do they're enthusiastic, energetic and eager to make a difference.

Our ideal candidate will have worked in an environment that handles food before or at least in the FMCG industry.

Shift work that involves 2 weeks on Days, then 2 weeks of nights. (12 hr shifts)
