General Operations Manager | Food Manufacturing

A unique opportunity has arisen at a family owned food manufacturer with a long and rich history, for a highly capable General Operations Manager to drive and guide them forward. There is an exciting project there to harness the huge potential and modernise their process and facility.

If you have a proven track record as an Operations Manager within a food manufacturing business, then we want to talk to you!

You will be leading and managing the site to deliver an effective and efficient operation against targets and plans whilst improving current SOP's, H&SE and general operational practice.

Reporting to the Company Director you will be responsible for measuring KPI's such as customer quality and service levels, resource planning, proactive stock management and P&L figures, among others.

To be the successful candidate you will be a highly experienced professional with a track record of implementing and delivering against a plan whilst demonstrating an ability to innovate, develop people and processes. You will be passionate about the project there as well as the industry, with excellent Operations experience and budget control knowledge.
