A unique FMCG manufacturing business going through growth and expansion are looking for an Operations Manager to lead their production, warehousing and logistics business in North-Wales.

Description

Reporting to the Managing Director and part of the site leadership team, the Operations Manager will drive the manufacturing sites pursuit of excellence and will be responsible for the production, warehousing and logistics operations at their facility. The Operations Manager will be responsible for people management and have a strong focus on the development of managers and indirect staff to create a high performance culture. The operations Manager will drive quality, health and safety, efficiency and continuous improvement and be capable of analysing complex challenges.

Profile

The successful candidate will have operated in a senior level in related FMCG manufacturing environment. They will be degree calibre and demonstrate excellent leadership qualities to drive high performance through coaching and mentoring staff as required. The successful candidate will understand technical manufacturing challenges and lead continuous improvement activities. The Operations Manager will have the capability of raising the bar and bring the best from all staff.
