About the Role
As our Site Supply Manager you will drive customer service excellence and lowest cost manufacturing through effective leadership and management of the on-site Supply team including; warehousing, inbound material call-offs, local network optisimisation, production scheduling and contract manufacturing customer liaison.
Reporting into the Plant General Manager, you'll work in conjunction with (and have a dotted reporting line to) the central Supply Chain team to assess and agree the operating parameters for the site. You'll take an active part in the site leadership team, including the delivery of site targets and the creation of and subsequent delivery of 3 year plans.
About You
You will be an accomplished Supply Chain Manager, including experience of managing warehouses, with a proven track record of contributing towards business success. You'll have demonstrable experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment in a management role, working in a large cross-functional team environment.

In the UK, Refresco Beverages UK has our headquarters in Kegworth, Derbyshire, employs 1800 people across 6 sites (Bridgwater, Kegworth, Nelson, Bondgate, Wrexham & Macduff). We work with all the leading UK retailers including Tesco, ASDA, Morrison's, Sainsbury, ALDI and Lidl to produce their private labels and with branded customers such as Innocent, Ocean Spray, Weetabix, Del Monte and Um Bongo. We have packaging capability in Cartons, PET, Aseptic PET and Cans.
