Technical Assistant

You will be a key player in the technical team and your duties with have a major emphasis on the smooth running of the factory floor including:
Conducting GMP audits
Carrying out micro testing, swabbing etc
Completing customer specifications, experience using online systems such as Hamilton Grant ideal
Completing own style specifications
Investigating and responding to complaints
Part of the HACCP team

So if you have experience in a similar role and have the following this will be a great role for you:
Confident in audits and talking to customers
Carrying out testing in lab for chemical parameters
Computer literate as will need to use Food NAV 2017, word, excel etc
Completing internal audits
