Credit Control Administrator, Hereford, Part Time

The Role:

• Maintenance and updating of the Master Control Limit Management System i.e. Credit Limits, Review Dates, New Customers
• Running of Agency reports (Graydons) to set limits and updating control sheets with findings
• Preparing 7 day letters and Pre-Legals, assisting Foodservice Manager with legal work.
• Preparation of exceeded credit limit review
• Preparation of debtor reviews per site by credit terms and monthly terms
• Providing credit limits via credit checks to sites from application forms and emailing result back
• Preparation of monthly debtor reporting suite inclusive of building trading histories from csv files
• Daily checks with QBE on-line for changes and updating systems with findings
• Any other ad-hoc requirements

The Ideal Candidate:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge inclusive of Look-Ups, Pivot tables and graphs
• Advanced Microsoft Word
• Ability to analyse data
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Able to work well in a team environment
• Excellent organisational skills and able to multi-task
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Able to keep accurate diary.
• Excellent time keeping and attendance record
• Logical thinker and good analytical skills
• Able to achieve set targets and deadlines
• Able to stay calm under pressure

Salary: £9.26 per hour + Benefits
