Chief Engineer or Group Engineering Manager looking for a new and exciting challenge?
My client are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager (Chief Engineer) to join their team during a large expansion project. This a fantastic time to join the company and make your mark on the processes and structure of the engineering department. The company are offering an extremely competitive salary along with plenty of work place benefits.
You will have responsibility for all engineering operations at one key site with a dotted line of management to two other sites based in the North.
To be successful you will have a proven record of motivating and upskilling engineering teams. You will have implemented strong processes within a senior management position. You will have examples of leading installation, continuous improvement and PPM projects. Your wealth of knowledge within Food/FMCG will put you in good stead to take the site to new levels.
You need be resilient and driven by achieving targets. Your work will be continuously evolving as the company progresses with the strong plans they have in place for the future.
