Alexander Steele are working in partnership with a premium gift business that designs and supply’s nationwide to household name retailers as well export customers. The company are looking to welcome a National Account Manager to the growing team.
The National Account Manager will be tasked with delivering the companies 3-year strategic plan. Building and maintaining current relationships, identifying new business leads which will allow profit growth. The company offers fantastic career progression, paying £45,000-£50,000 with car allowance and very competitive bonus scheme.
- Support Senior management to create an efficient operation, reviewing processes and systems adhering to industry standard.
- Creating new business leads to increase profitability
- Develop and implement critical paths and playbooks ensuring the whole business is working on the same page.
- Working alongside the creative team, identifying new ideas for the market and implement for new and more profitable opportunities.
- Work alongside side other business functions. Operations/ Finance
- Being ambitious and driven to increase profit growth
- Experience in Account Management within the Gift Experience sector.
- Previous Experience in Forecasting/ Reporting.
- Ability to motivate and train staff members
- Comfortable to work across different business functions
- Strong communicator with IT literacy.
- Experience with Profit and Loss
