Interim HR Officer required to support growing food manufacturing company based in Wales.

My client is a rapidly growing food manufacturing business based in the gorgeous countryside in Wales. They need an experienced HR Officer to support the HR Manager whilst they recruit a permanent HR Officer for the team.
This is an initial three month contract to start asap.
The key focus of this role is transactional HR activities, ensuring line managers and employees are given the support and guidance in all HR matters; training and development, recruitment, KPI measurement, line management support and employee relations.
To apply you must;
- Have a working knowledge of core HR areas; disciplinary procedures, grievances, absence and recruitment
- Be CIPD qualified or working towards CIPD qualification
- Have a proven track record of successful proactive coaching of line managers.
