I am looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Team Leader, having managed a team for a minimum of 2 years with a strong QA background in the food industry to join a large food manufacturing company supplying major retailers.

Working closely with the Technical Manager overseeing a team you will be developing, monitoring and enforcing procedures in relation to Product Safety, legality, integrity and Quality. This is where your resilience and problem solving to drive improvement will really excel and drive the team forward.
You will need to lead from the front and manage and develop the QA Team. You'll be hands on and not afraid to get stuck in with a sharp eye for detail.
