We have an opportunity to join the Talent and Development team as we expand the range of offerings in both our Future Leaders Programmes and our suite of Greencore Qualifications. We are looking for a creative and highly organised bod who can support our newly appointed Future Leaders Manager in designing, building, launching and maintain both our existing programmes and our new ones!
You will bring with you fabulous innovation skills to evolutionise our way of engaging with people outside of the organisation, flying the flag for Greencore as an employer of choice making future colleagues aware of exciting opportunities within food manufacturing.
You will be building strong and collaborative partnerships with our learning providers, ensuring we are all working towards the same goal of ensuring all of our learners are realising their potential. You’ll be making sure we stay 100% on track with compliance requirements (no one likes a slapped wrist!)
You will manage the lifecycle of our trainee manager and Greencore qualifications cohorts from attraction and induction through to programme completion, building strong relationships with our colleagues. HR Business Partners and line managers along the way. Strong service delivery to both these customers will be key to the success of the Talent and Development team.

Will have experience in similar talent and development programmes and a knowledge and understanding of the apprenticeship levvy is definitely and added bonus!

You’ll take huge satisfaction in being your best self, confident in your views but flexible enough to change them when there is a need to do so (we think the Greencore HR team is the best, we want our colleagues and line managers to think that too!)
Will be excited to work in a fast paced environment, have a passion for quality and excellent communication skills, able to energise others.
You will have exceptional project management skills and the ability to plate spin without getting dizzy! We find a keen eye for detail and being one step ahead often helps with this!
You will thrive on driving continuous improvement, making every day small improvements as well as the biggies.
