My client is looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join the business on a six-month contract with the view to going permanent. You must be available to start immediately.
You will be joining a business going through a period of restructure, so you must not be fazed by a changeable environment.
Reporting into the Head of HR you will be responsible for supporting the team and wider strategic business goals. Co-ordinating the site strategic initiative; leadership, development, employee relations, performance management, on-boarding, inductions, training and development.
This role will see you working at pace in a chaotic, unionised, high-pressured environment. Proven experience of case management, employment engagement and data analysis are essential, as well as program management, facilitation and large-scale program implementation. As an Employee Relations Advisor you will understand how to interact and energise a broad range of multi-generation and diverse employees.
The ideal professional will have worked as an Employee Relations Advisor in a chilled food manufacturer and be CIPD qualified.
