There's different routes you can go down of course. If managing a team is your goal then you will be given the experience and qualifications necessary to get you into a team leader role over time.

Or if something more deskbound is for you then there's training available that will enable you to move into specs or something similar.

Alongside this you'll be picking up experience working with chilled, complex products in a high-end BRC accredited factory which would already be a hugely beneficial addition to your CV.

The company itself is big on culture and it's likely you've heard of them. You'd be joining a very down to earth technical team who socialise outside of work so team fit will be a large part of the interview process.
