As the Technical Support Co-Ordinator, you will be working within a talented Quality and Technical team, supporting the commercial team and the key contact relating to technical intelligence and data across the business.
The key responsibilities will include reviews of the customer KPI's,leader of customer code of practices and ensuring that high standards are adhered to, analysis of customer requirements and recommendations, point of contact for Food Safety matters during customer visits, audit trends in the market and liaise with the commercial team, completion and update of customer specifications and consumer complaint management, corrective action and resolutions.
The successful candidate must have food manufacturing experience, knowledge of HACCP and exposure to BRC and retailers would be advantageous.
Confident communication skills are vital for this role in order to liaise with members of staff and customers.
The position will suit a forward thinking and commercially savvy technically minded individual who works well in a team and with a keen passion for delivering the best customer service!
