As NPD Manager you will manage and deliver all new product development projects from concept through to launch for a no.1 UK retailer. The business are part of farming heritage, renowned for the delivery of traditional products at the highest quality.
There will be no corners cut in this position, we are looking for an individual who works with pride and passion in everything they do.
You will be responsible for a number of product lines, developing new, original ideas and improving on current lines. It will include looking closely at trends, consumer insight and retail strategy. You must be able to communicate at all levels - utilising your professionalism, experience and knowledge to work alongside the NPD, Technical, Operations and Commercial teams.
