Job Details
My client, a successful food manufacturer is seeking a Technical Services/ Systems Manager to support and oversee all technical and quality compliance within a busy food manufacturing site located in East Midlands.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
Work alongside Production, Technical, Quality, NPD and Hygiene teams, identifying process and product improvements Manage Process technology projects Solve day to day problems and deliver solutions for continuous improvement on site Identify opportunities within the business Customer audits We are looking for candidates with the following skills, experience and attributes:
Degree in Food Science or equivalent – Food Hygiene level 4, HACCP, IOSH Extensive experience of BRC accreditation, HACCP implementation and customer audits Excellent communication and leadership skills Experience working within a similar Technical role Experience working with high and low risk products (chilled preferred) Benefits Package
