You will need to be a determined, self-motivated and driven professional who is prepared to take on a new challenge to drive the Health & Safety department through an infrastructure and cultural change. An engineering/mechanical background would be very advantageous.

Having site responsibility, as a Healthy & Safety Advisor you will be responsible for all aspects of H&S on the site. Liaising with the engineering department to ensure a safe environment during maintenance work will be critical, as well as a challenging cultural change bringing in new ways of doing things and improving current SOP's
