QA Supervisor
Location: Yorkshire and The Humber
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000
Need a little career revamp? I'm looking for an experienced Quality Supervisor to take on a decent size team of QA's in a busy Food Manufacturer.
Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all the duties carried out by the QA's. Any issues that arise, you are their first port of call, so you need to know your stuff! Being able to think quickly on your feet and reacting well under pressure are key to succeeding in this role.
As a business, the site is rather impressive. Genuinely caring about their staff, all employees have a progression plan in place which is reviewed twice a year. No more feeling like "just a number!"
Knowledge of retailer standards is a must and good communication is paramount to ensure the factory continues to run smoothly. It's a big site, so this role is perfect for an already experienced QA Supervisor to step up to a larger team, which will prepare you for the ultimate step up to QA Manager!
