Group Performance Improvement Manager - Food - Cambridgeshire
Analytical and influential Project Manager required for a broad ranging Group Performance Improvement Manager position.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the growing Programme Management Office (PMO) Team at this international food business.
This role will play a key part in leading the development of performance improvement capabilities across over 20 global manufacturing businesses. A key aspect of this role includes supporting the businesses to ensure the group PIP (Performance Improvement Programme) pipeline is being maintained and constantly injected with new ideas, which will add growing value.
Encouraging collaboration and sharing best practice across the group is paramount within the role as you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing initiatives and implementing programmes of improvement, which could be replicated across the group e.g. Making todays best, tomorrow average project.
You will lead multi-million pound profit improvement plans with teams in the UK, Spain, South Africa and China giving you huge exposure to international project management. You will need a real breadth of skill in project management/delivery and be a highly influential partner to the global sites.
Projects could include team restructuring, assessing the suitability of automation, transformation of business processes, capital expenditure and adoption of industry 4.0.
