Due to expansion, we have a new opening for a Process Development specialist.

Here you will be taking products from concept sign off stage through to successful launch. You'll be working in a state of the art manufacturing facility, taking innovative, high quality concepts through factory trials and trouble shooting any issues with scale up along the way.

You will need to have a good track record in a similar position, with an excellent understanding of both manufacturing processes and ingredient functionality. It's likely you will have worked in a fast-paced food category with direct customer contact.

Success here will involve forging strong working relationships with your colleagues in Operations to solve issues during trials and first production runs. Also, you will be customer facing so being able to manage relationships across a diverse range of retail and food service customers will be key.
