QC Technician

Are you a recent food science graduate looking for your first role in the food industry? If so you’re in luck! 
My client is a fantastic well established supplier of ambient food products to the UK Market, and they are looking to expand their team with the addition of a QC Technician.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent food graduate to gain their first step into the food manufacturing industry.

• As Quality Technician, you will ensure company quality standards are consistently maintained or improved throughout the manufacturing site by carrying out physical checks on equipment, products and processes.
• You will ensure all the process control records are completed, ensure all products meet food safety, legal and customer requirements, quarantine any product/raw material which is deemed to be out of specification, poor quality or contaminated plus ensure all employees are adhering to factory hygiene rules and following good manufacturing practices.

Applicants should have a degree in food science or related degree and ideally have a placement in a Quality/Technical role in the food industry.

This role would also suit someone with 2 years' experience in a quality role
