My market-leading FMCG manufacturing client are recruiting a Supply Chain Analyst to be based at their Leicester, Portbury or Ipswich site; responsible for the collection and accuracy of supply chain data.

My FMCG manufacturing client have a number of sites UK wide and manage the end-to-end solution from manufacturing to distribution direct to the customer. They pride themselves on their specialist industry knowledge and as a result, they are the European market-leader.

This role can be based at either the Bury St Edmunds or Leicestershire site.

Description

The Supply Chain Analyst will collect and analyse data and will utilise this data to generate and publish KPI's to the key stakeholders with the business. The Supply Chain Analyst will have the following responsibilities:
  • The analyst interacts with the key stakeholders and utilises the necessary data to understand the trends and the potential impact to the wider business.
  • The analyst is also expected to gather and analyses business needs and requirements.
  • The analyst will be required to identify business problems and, as needed, designs/suggest and help implement new solutions.
  • The analyst will utilise key problem-solving and analytical skills to fully review supply chain information utilising mathematical skills and calling upon stakeholder business knowledge to determine ways to drive performance improvements.


Profile

The successful candidate will be a self-starter, driven and pro-active within their approach to supply chain analysis. They will have strong stakeholder management orientation within a matrix environment and experienced in a similar role.

They will have working knowledge of MS Office, high skill level in MS excel and working knowledge of relational databases and ERP systems e.g. SAP.

Job Offer

The successful candidate will be offered c. £30,000 - £35,000 plus package and fantastic opportunities for development and progression.
