Senior Production Supervisor

H F Produce Ltd supplies major manufacturing bakeries and food service providers in the South West with a range of washed, peeled and prepared vegetables.

An opportunity has arisen for an energetic Senior Production Supervisor who can organise and motivate a team of around thirty production staff to fulfil our customer requirements day to day. You will ensure that all operational activities are completed accurately, concisely and to the required standards of quality, legality and safety. The successful candidate will also have the ability to oversee the maintenance of a range of food preparation machinery, and organise a small site cleaning team. The ideal candidate will have ‘hands on’ experience of supervision within a production environment desirably within fresh produce, food manufacturing or agriculture.

Days of work - Monday to Friday plus occasional Sunday holiday cover

Hours - 7 am to completion of daily production

Salary - according to experience (expected to be in the range £25-32K)
