The job

Reporting to the Quality Manager, as Quality Technician, you will ensure compliance of all quality standards throughout the food manufacturing process within the factory.

You will work directly with manufacturing to conduct quality control activities and to enforce requirements as specified by raw material, product and packaging specifications plus regulatory agencies.

Your experience

A clear passion for food is essential! You will have previous food production quality assurance / quality control experience plus be HACCP and Food Hygiene qualified. You will be highly organised with good prioritisation skills, be an effective communicator plus be IT literate including Microsoft Office. Fluency is Spanish is a distinct advantage.

The Quality Technician job is based in the North West region and is paying to £23,000 according to individual skills and previous experience. The working hours are 8 hours per day.
