They are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join them on their journey.
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director you’ll be a pivotal member of this vibrant company where you'll take responsibility for generating new business and developing sales in the food service and contract catering sectors. You’ll maintain and develop cross-functional relationships with existing and potential customers. You’ll work closely to provide innovative product solutions that will achieve sales targets and business opportunities for all parties. You'll also use your passion and awareness of food to keep your customers up to date on new products and industry movements, helping to keep their product portfolios in line with new food and consumer trends.
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales or Business Development professional who has a real passion for food and experience of selling within the food service or food retail sectors. This role would particularly suit Chefs who have crossed over into the commercial arena. Solid account management experience within the food industry is essential along with a proven track record of developing new business and providing successful food solutions. As well as outstanding communication skills you must have excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with a natural flair for influencing key decision makers.
