A global pharmaceutical business are looking for a Team Manager to lead a shift in a fast-paced, growing environment in Cheshire.

The business are a global pharmaceutical manufacturer with excellent dedication towards the very best patient care. The business offer a range of therapeutics and aseptic products that are provided to assist with a number of illnesses.

Description

The Team Manager will be responsible for highly regulated GMP production areas and manage over 25 people. The role will be responsible for delivering the highest quality product in line with GMP compliance on-time and in full. The Team Manager will be an excellent leader of people and provide motivation and relevant training for all operators on shift to assist with company KPIs and objectives.

Profile

The successful candidate will have worked in a GMP, ideally aspetic pharmaceutical or related regulated environment. You will have held a role as a people manager and demonstrate excellent leadership qualities. You will ideally be qualified in a scientific/engineering discipline and understand continuous improvement lean initiatives.
