Role: Site Director
Location: Kent
Salary: £75,000-£90,000 per annum

An opportunity for a talented and experienced Site Director has opened up with an exciting company in the FMCG sector. The successful candidate will be in full control of the front to back end of the operation to ensure that they are performing to the highest standard.

In your team, you will need to promote a continuous improvement culture and implement new processes to drive performance. You will need to bring energy and motivate your team to progress the manufacturing unit to the next level making it truly world class.

This role will test your man management, planning, and organisational skills and will test your strategic thinking to keep ahead of your competitors. The successful candidate will find this role very challenging but the end result will be very satisfying and rewarding.

Ideal Candidate:
*Experience leading full senior site operations in the FMCG sector
*Very analytical in their work and a great financial awareness
*Adaptable, tenacious and resilient
*Excellent planning and organisational skills
*Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
