About the Role

As one of our Customer Support Executives, you'll be responsible for optimising the interaction between the nominated customer and Refresco UK operational departments (Demand Planning, Commercial, Customer Service and Logistics), to deliver results that meet the expectations of both businesses, and enable a positive, trusting, strategic partnership.

This role will liaise between Refresco UK and the customer to optimise daily execution of customer service and joint projects, seeking continuous improvement.

Our Customer Support Executives are committed to developing strong working relationship with their customer and at the same time acts as a role model where it comes to Refresco’s core values and behaviors.

You'll have demonstrable customer service or supply chain experience, together with significant exposure gained ideally in a FMCG environment. You'll have a customer focused attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the resilience to work effectively under pressure and within a fast paced environment. You'll need a strong sense of team with the ability to work and communicate effectively as a Refresco UK team member, despite working partially off site. You'll need to drive and beable to travel too.
