Company
Don’t you just hate the thought of an agent making thousands of pounds in commission just because they connected you with an employer? Is their level of input really worth 20% of your salary? Can the fee they bill really be justified? We didn't think so!
In 2005 our founders (two candidates just like you) had a crazy idea to challenge an industry stuck in its ways. They ripped up the rule book, stripped away the pushy sales, schmooze and high fees to deliver an agency experience that makes everyone feel just that little bit happier. Since then we have gone on to become the leading authority in our space and the go-to talent finders for over 2500 awesome Start-Ups to Global Brands.
We love helping candidates and clients find each other in our efficient, supportive and non-interfering RR way. If we do have the pleasure of receiving an application from you, we promise to treat it with the respect it deserves – there are no screening algorithms here – just real people ready to connect you with awesome companies.
Good luck with your job search!
