Are you currently a Trainer in the food manufacturing industry, looking for something new and fresh?
I am currently working with a dynamic and very ambitious company, who are looking to grow rapidly and have the financial backing to do so.
It really is a great time to join the company and make a real name for yourself.
This role is for a confident individual who has great communication skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels. You will need to have strong IT skills with a big focus around Excel. You will be a quick learner and have the ability to absorb and develop new skills and pass that knowledge onto the operatives/managers.
The ability to identify training needs within the company and put together training plans to be delivered to all individuals will be a major part of the role.
